OptiMantra was proud to take part in Saybrook University’s Community Learning Experience in University City, CA! Our very own Jenna Garcia, MPH represented us at the event, sharing insights and answering questions to support future practitioners as they prepare to launch their practices.

Jenna delivered a lecture titled “Preparing for Practice: An Intro to EMRs and Practice Management Tools.” The session was filled with practical strategies and best practices for setting up an EMR in a new practice—from streamlining patient intake to creating efficient workflows that support both clinical and operational success.
Throughout the event, Jenna also engaged with attendees, providing guidance on OptiMantra and offering advice on how to design workflows that make day-to-day operations smoother and more effective.
“Starting a practice can feel overwhelming, but having the right tools and systems in place makes all the difference,” said Jenna Garcia, MPH. “My goal is to show future practitioners that technology like OptiMantra can simplify their day-to-day, so they can spend more time focusing on patient care.”
At OptiMantra, we’re passionate about helping the next generation of practitioners start off on the right foot. Supporting future providers in understanding not just the why but also the how of implementing EMRs and practice management tools is a core part of our mission.
We’re proud to stand alongside Saybrook University in preparing students to build thriving practices—empowered with the right tools, the right processes, and the confidence to care for their patients effectively.
