Certification Disclaimer
This Health IT Module is compliant with the ONC Certification Criteria for Health IT and has been certified by an ONC-ACB in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. This certification does not represent an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Certified Capabilities
OptiMantra has been certified by SLI Compliance, an ONC Authorized Certification Body (ONC-ACB),
under the ONC Health IT Certification Program. Certification is for ambulatory care settings only.
Certified capabilities include:
- Computerized Provider Order Entry (CPOE) — medications (§170.315(a)(1)), laboratory (§170.315(a)(2)), and diagnostic imaging §170.315(a)(3)
- Patient demographics and observations (§170.315(a)(5)), family health history (§170.315(a)(12)), and implantable device list (§170.315(a)(14))
- Transitions of care (§170.315(b)(1)) and electronic health information (EHI) export (§170.315(b)(10))
- Privacy and security controls (Authentication, access control, authorization (§170.315(d)(1)), Auditable events and tamper-resistance (§170.315(d)(2)), Audit report(s) (§170.315(d)(3)), Amendments (§170.315(d)(4)), Automatic access time-out (§170.315(d)(5)), Emergency access (§170.315(d)(6)), End-user device encryption (§170.315(d)(7)), Integrity (§170.315(d)(8)), Trusted connection (§170.315(d)(9)), Encrypt authentication credentials (§170.315(d)(12)), Multi-factor authentication (§170.315(d)(13)).

Costs:
- OptiMantra's ONC-certified capabilities are included as part of the standard subscription. No additional fees are charged solely to access certified functionality.
- Electronic prescribing via MDToolbox may require a separate MDToolbox subscription and associated fees. Contact OptiMantra for bundling options.
Interoperability
OptiMantra supports the exchange of clinical data using industry-standard formats including
HL7 C-CDA (Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture) for transitions of care.
