Wellness exams serve as a comprehensive health review and annual physical for current preventive health needs. Includes recommendations for general health maintenance and supplementation and/or medication review. We offer in-house lab test or referral to labs for detailed exploration. All lab fees are separate and some can be billed to insurance.

Simple sick visit: strep throat, UTI, cough, etc. Visits addressing more complex issues will be billed at a higher rate.

This visit establishes your child's care with the clinic. This is a basic well visit.

This initial pediatric wellness visit is designed for children that have been dealing with chronic symptoms and offers more time to discuss in detail their medical history.

This includes a full physical in addition to a vision and hearing screen and the completion of all school paperwork.

This option is for clients wishing to use insurance for the labwork. The $75 fee is collection and handling fee.
