This visit includes a longer and more thorough initial intake exam, extensive lab orders (lab costs not included) and one 30 minute follow up appointment Appts to reevaluate and create new treatment plan not included.
This initial pediatric wellness visit is designed for children that have been dealing with chronic symptoms and offers more time to discuss in detail their medical history.
