OptiMantra had the pleasure of attending this year’s Peptide World Congress, hosted by the SSRP, where innovation and clinical excellence converged in a vibrant, fast-moving ecosystem of healthcare professionals, researchers, and solution providers. From speaking sessions to strategic conversations at our exhibit booth, the weekend was filled with meaningful engagement and inspiring momentum.

Sharing Expertise on Stage

On Thursday, OptiMantra’s Janet Casbon and Lauren Vetter took the stage for two well-received speaking sessions:

  • "Keeping Your Business Afloat – Tracking Your Day-to-Day Data for Operational Excellence" gave attendees practical tools for monitoring the financial and operational health of their practices, helping them gain control over key metrics like revenue flow, appointment volume, and patient retention.

  • "Engage and Retain: Strategies for Successful Patient Recruitment and Monetization" shared insights into building stronger patient relationships and driving revenue growth through packages, memberships, and digital engagement strategies tailored to today’s patient journey.

Both sessions sparked great conversations with clinic owners and practitioners who are eager to strengthen their business infrastructure alongside their clinical offerings.

A Word from the SSRP Team

As Renee Ziggas of the SSRP Institute shared:

"After attending the SSRP Peptide World Congress as an attendee and now experiencing it from the other side as part of the SSRP Institute team, I can truly say — this event has always been a favorite of mine for discovering what’s new and next in Cellular Medicine and peptide integration.
Now, as a team member, it’s been such a joy to connect with incredible vendors like OptiMantra, who are genuinely invested in helping providers succeed. Meeting these companies in person makes all the difference — it builds real connection, trust, and understanding.
It’s an honor to be part of putting on an event that creates these meaningful opportunities. I can’t wait to see what we build in the years ahead!"

We couldn’t agree more. It was a privilege to be part of an event so thoughtfully designed to support connection and collaboration in the field!

Networking and Relationship-Building

Following Thursday’s sessions, OptiMantra attended a networking dinner, where we had the chance to connect more personally with attendees, exchange ideas, and deepen relationships with both current customers and new prospects. The evening highlighted the collaborative spirit that drives this community forward.

Exhibit Hall Connections

On Friday and Saturday, we participated in the exhibit hall, meeting face-to-face with practice owners, medical professionals, and innovators across specialties like weight loss, integrative health, and functional medicine. It was a valuable opportunity to hear what providers are looking for in an EMR and practice management system—and to demonstrate how OptiMantra is built to meet those needs with flexibility, functionality, and personalized support.

We also had the pleasure of meeting some current Opti users in person. It was wonderful to meet the practitioners that we’ve worked closely with, some for years!

Looking Ahead

We’re grateful for the chance to be part of such an energizing event, and we’re excited about the new conversations and partnerships that have begun. Whether you caught one of our sessions, stopped by the booth, or connected with us over dinner—thank you. We’re inspired by the work you’re doing and proud to support practices that are transforming patient care.
