We are open Tuesday through Friday for in-person and virtual video visits.
Face coverings are required for in-person visits per state mandates for healthcare settings. 

Online scheduling is only available with Dr. Thompson - for general or acute health concerns. 

If you'd like to schedule an appointment with Dr. Shaw or Dr. Kuehner, please call the clinic. For other providers, visit their page on our website.

New patients must schedule a Welcome to Wellness visit, in-person or virtual, online first to determine the best fit for establishing care.

- Visit times listed are average length 
- Virtual Visits occur via secure video chat
- All other visits occur in-person at our clinic
- New Patient = someone that has never been to the clinic or it's been over 9 months since you were last seen by a doctor at the clinic.
- Established Patient = someone that has been seen by a doctor at the clinic in the last 9 months

A reminder of our cancellation policy:
- Compassion goes hand in hand with providing great patient care. Unfortunately, when one patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen.  We do understand that things come up last minute, so if this is your first time cancelling within 24 hours, as a good-will gesture we will waive your missed appointment fee. If this is not the case, the charge is $40 for established patient visits and $50 for new patient visits.
- Please call us at 425-258-4633 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to notify us of any changes or cancellations. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged for the missed appointment
- If you are unable to speak with someone at the front desk, please leave a detailed voice message.
