If you are a New Patient wanting to be seen for tickborne illness or lyme-associated disease or want to schedule for a primary care visit, please call our office to schedule at 330-804-7000. We would like to go over the basics of what to expect in your first appointment.

Most patients being seen for lyme-related illness will be asked to have a nurse intake. This is a phone-call appointment in which you will go over your symptoms and medical history with your nurse. This is an in-office primary care visit for existing Patients. It will be scheduled for 45 minutes. If you need more time, please call our office.
