IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION:
A $50 deposit, credited toward the cost of your visit, is required at time of booking (not applicable to Complimentary Info Call).
Since our appointments are much longer than most offices, we must uphold the following policies:

If unable to keep an appointment, cancel/reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.
If you cancel an appointment with at least 48 hours advance notice, but cannot reschedule, the deposit will be refunded.
Late cancellations may not receive a refund.
No shows will be charged for the full cost of the visit.
Late arrivals will still end the appointment at the scheduled time to accommodate the next patient.

Direct Patient Care (DPC) pricing is a self-pay model. We accept cash (no checks please), major credit cards, or HSA/FSA for payment of services. Payment is due at time of service. The cost of a visit does not include the cost of lab testing or supplements, unless otherwise stated. You may submit a superbill to your insurance for possible reimbursement of all services and lab testing.

It is very important that you complete the online forms at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you need assistance with paperwork or a paper copy, please contact the office.

To ensure well-rounded access to care, we recommend maintaining a relationship with a Primary Care Physician in conjunction with integrative consulting services.

In this informal session, you will have a chance to share your journey up to this point, discuss what you are looking to achieve, and learn how we can strategize as a team to optimize your wellness. By the end of our time together, we will be able to determine if we are a good fit, or we can refer you to a better suited provider. Your best interest is always at the forefront!

Integrative Medicine INITIAL Consult + one 30-minute FOLLOW-UP (new IM patients only) 75 Min $ 440.00
THIS IS YOUR FIRST STEP ON YOUR HEALING JOURNEY TO WELLNESS! During this 75-minute initial visit, we will get to know each other, review your health history, wellness goals, lifestyle habits and patterns. By the end of this visit, we will have formulated an initial plan for moving forward with your healing journey. Within 48-72 hours, you will receive a comprehensive, personalized care plan 'road map' outlining this foundation, which will be tweaked along the way in order to best optimize wellness. One 30-minute follow-up is included (must take place within 45 days after initial consult).

These visits are much longer than a typical new patient office visit. Cheryl also spends a significant amount of time, before and after your visits, reviewing your case, researching, and carefully formulating your plan of care using an evidenced-based approach. Face-to-face time is not the only amount of time Cheryl will spend coordinating your care.

This service can also be to simply get a “second opinion” about care provided elsewhere!

An initial consult is required for all new IM patients, and for those who have not been seen within the past 12 months.

THE NEXT STEPS ON YOUR HEALING JOURNEY TO WELLNESS! Follow-up appointments are offered for established patients once you have had your initial consultation. At this visit we will check in, talk about how your wellness journey is going, discuss any concerns and tweak your 'road map' in order to remove barriers to wellness.

This visit is much longer than most traditional follow-up office visits. Cheryl also spends a significant amount of time before and after your visit, reviewing your case, researching, and carefully adjusting your plan of care using an evidenced-based approach. Your face-to-face time is not the only amount of time Cheryl will spend coordinating your care for a visit.

This is an opportunity for our established Integrative Medicine patients to have a 15-minute phone consultation with Cheryl. Receive advice about a non-emergent health concern (not currently part of your care plan) that may pop up in between your regular integrative care visits.

Auricular Acupuncture (open to all patients) 30 Min $ 50.00

Acupuncture has been in use for over 3000 years and is considered one of the oldest medical sciences. In terms of modern medicine, acupuncture creates healing changes in the various functional systems of the body. The NADA protocol is a standardized ear acupuncture and acupressure treatment that involves the gentle placement of up to 5 needles or seeds and beads to specific sites on each ear. The recipient then sits and relaxes quietly for up to 30 minutes. Those receiving acupuncture find a sense of empowerment; that their body has the power to heal itself. Scared of needles? No worries! Tiny metal beads or seeds can be used on the same points as a form of acupressure. The beads and seeds can be left in place for up to one week. They give the same result, but at a slower pace.

Cupping Therapy (established patients) 30 Min $ 60.00

In cupping therapy, special cups are placed on the skin and air is pulled out to create a vacuum. This helps to aid circulation and lymphatic flow, which may help relieve muscle tightness or stiffness; reduce pain or swelling, or improve athletic recovery. Many patients find it to be the most relaxing and enjoyable part of their visit, and often fall asleep!
