Telehealth (video and phone only) and In-Person appointments are available. Please be mindful of which you are scheduling. Established appointments apply to anyone who has seen Dr. Tara before, no matter the clinic or setting. In-Person appointments share space with McAndrew Chiropractic. For telehealth appointments a link will be sent for you to use at your appointment time or Dr. Tara can call the number on file. Telehealth appointments are available to those who reside in Colorado, Wisconsin, Iowa and Minnesota (unless you have established care with her in-person already). Please inquire if you reside in a different state or need additional appointment days and times.
*NEW PATIENT MONTHLY PAYMENT OPTION*- Get a new patient appointment, along with 2 follow up appointments for 5 monthly payments of $200 for telehealth and $210 for in-person- Let Dr. Tara know you would like this option at your first appointment. We are trying to decrease the upfront cost of a new patient appointment by spreading the cost out with monthly payments. If you have more questions, either email or set up a free meet and greet.
New patients only- Free Meet and greet- up to 15 minutes for those needing more information to decide whether this is a good fit. The purpose of this visit is to ensure a good fit. No medical advice or treatment recommendations will be made.
New patient telehealth $498 (subject to $50 upcharge if forms not completed prior to appointment)- up to 90 minutes. This approach takes investing in yourself. Please consider scheduling when you are ready to do so. This is the first consultation and new patients only. Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Subject to a $150 cancellation fee if cancelled less than 48 hours in advance.
