This is our initial consultation visit for all new medical weight loss clients.  Prior to this visit, you will receive intake paperwork via email that will need to be completed prior to the visit.  During the visit, we will review your medical history, perform a physical assessment and vital signs, and work with you to choose a medical weight loss program.  Labs will be required prior to initiation of treatment and can be done either in our clinic, or through the lab of your choice if you choose to utilize your insurance.

We do not accept insurance.  Our programs are monthly memberships and you will automatically be billed on the 1st or the 15th of the month.  If you wish to cancel your membership, you must do so 30 days prior to your next billing date, in writing via the patient portal messaging system.  The cost of the program depends on the medication you will be started on.  Our most requested medications at this time include:

• Semaglutide: $400 per month for doses up to 1.7 mg weekly. If higher doses are required, up to the maximum dose of 2.5 mg weekly, the cost is $475 per month.
• Tirzepatide: $450 per month for doses up to 5 mg weekly. If higher doses are required, up to the maximum dose of 15 mg weekly, the cost will increase to $500-750 per month, depending on the dose required.
• Costs may change based on the cost of the medication and supplies; if prices increase, you will be notified.

There is no fee associated with this initial consultation.  Your credit card will be required at time of booking but your card will not be charged unless you do not come to your appointment, you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours prior to your appointment, or you do not complete your intake paperwork 24 hours prior to your appointment.  If you fail to do any of these, the card on file will be charged $100 per our clinic policies.
