Pediatric New Patient Appointment: A comprehensive assessment with our Integrative Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to discuss specific concerns and explore personalized approaches to health and wellness.

Pediatric Sick Visit: Evaluation with our Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for acute care /same day pediatric needs. 

Follow-up visit for ongoing care with our Functional Medicine medical providers.

Pediatric Integrative Visit: Established Patient Follow up visit for continued care with our Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.

IV therapy infusion. For new patients, a brief consult prior to infusion will take place. 

Neuromodulator injection: BOTOX. 
$12/unit

$200 per treatment for each body area. (Body area such as: abdomen and flank, thighs)
4-6 treatments recommended spaced out weekly
