This is for patients who are interested in Semaglutide for weight loss, but do not live in the state of Florida, or live farther than 100 miles from Pensacola, Fl.  
Cost is $300 per month for up to 1.2 mg per week and $375 per month for 1.2 mg to 2.5 mg per week.

Does not include cost of medication

Follow up visit
Does not include labs or ekg
Does not include meds

Monthly visit with provider along with 1 month supply of phentermine
