CANCELLATION POLICY: Our policy is a fee of 100% of your scheduled visit plus a $50 admin fee for visits changed or cancelled less than 2 business days in advance.
REFUND POLICY:
Consultations: We strive to make your visit optimal. We require a 2 working day cancellation of your appointment to be refunded, minus $50 admin fee. Once a claim has been submitted through an insurance provider, we cannot provide a refund. Some consultations, e.g hormone therapy are NON-REFUNDABLE. (REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL)
