5 Important Items Before You Schedule
1. All Appointments are Scheduled in Eastern Standard Time
Example: If you are in California and want a 9am appointment your time, you must schedule your appointment for noon.
2. Please make sure to schedule all family appointments with the same provider.
Example: If you scheduled your appointment with our provider Tiffany Purvis then please also schedule your spouse's appointment with Tiffany Purvis. (You'll need two separate appointment slots)
3. WEBINAR ATTENDEES. Please ONLY schedule a Root Cause Assessment. Please DO NOT schedule both a Root Cause Assessment and a New Patient Phone Consultation.
4. If you don't see any appointments available we will personally call you and open the schedule for you. We got you...No worries :)
