Book this IN PERSON appointment if you are a new client interested in one of our weight loss programs. We offer a customizable approach that focuses on meeting your health goals. Initial consult does not include medications/labs, if needed.

Labs Required: Labs will be needed prior to any medication orders.  If you have complete labs within the last 6 months, please email them to [email protected] (HIPAA secure email) prior to your appointment to avoid delay in treatment if decided appropriate. 

Must be a resident of Ohio, have a BMI 30 or greater, or 27 or greater with Diabetes Type 2, hypertension, or high cholesterol. Clients who do not fit this criterion are advised to call the office prior to scheduling an appointment for questions.

Balanced Body Solutions DOES NOT accept insurance or those on Medicare.

Medically assisted weight loss is not indicated for: Diabetes Type 1, history or family history of Medullary thyroid cancer or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Syndrome Type 2 (MEN 2).

This TELEHEALTH appointment is for established Functional Medicine clients.  This appointment time is required to go over comprehensive lab reports, for example the second visit after the initial consultation. 

During this appointment, we will have a thorough discussion of your symptom improvements and explore where you are still experiencing discomfort.  We can then alter our approach, if needed.
