This is an exam for students 18 and older who may need a sports or school physical.

The Department of Transportation requires a medical certification for CDL drivers/applicants.
We can also accommodate walk-ins 8-2 M-Th and 8-12 F, but an appointment ensures low wait times.

During this appointment, you will sit down with the provider and discuss your specific foreign travel itinerary and what vaccines are recommended to help you stay healthy on your trip.  The provider will be able to send prescriptions to the pharmacy for you if you need malaria prophylaxis and/or treatment for travelers diarrhea.  Expect to be at the clinic for an hour so the provider has plenty of time to answer your questions.  If you have more than one person needing a consultation please call the clinic and we can get a time set up for you.

This consultation is required if you need a yellow fever vaccine.  It is important for the provider to review your medical history to make sure there are no medical contraindications with getting the vaccine.  The cost of the yellow fever vaccine is $300.

There is a $50 NO SHOW fee.  Please call 24 hours ahead if you need to cancel your appointment.

The flu shot is seasonal and usually offered mid September through March.   

The Hepatitis A vaccine helps protect against the virus that is spread by consuming food or drinks that contain the virus.
Risk is higher if travelling to countries where hepatitis A is circulating in the local population, or to areas where personal hygiene and sanitation is poor.

This appointment is for the shot only.  This does not include a travel consultation with the provider or any prescriptions that may be needed for your trip.   

This is a skin test for tuberculosis screening.  This service requires a return visit 48-72 hours after the skin test is placed. This is not offered on Thursdays because follow up visits can not be done over the weekend.

Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis (Tdap) vaccine for 7 years old and up.  

This is a shot given in the arm and gives coverage for about 2 years.  Typhoid is spread mainly through consumption of contaminated food and drink. Risk is higher where access to adequate sanitation and safe water is limited.
