You will be charged a non-refundable deposit of $25 at the time of booking.
The remainder of the appointment fee will be charged on the day of the appointment.
Cancelations or no-shows will not receive a refund of the deposit or appointment fee.
If you are late for your appointment, you will have to reschedule. Your deposit may be applied to the new appointment.
Patients who are habitually late, fail to show up, or cancel on short notice will be dismissed from the practice.
