If you do not feel comfortable injecting yourself, you may come in the office and have one of us do your injection for you. Note: this fee is for injection only, it is in addition to the cost of the medication.
The initial consultation is to determine eligibility for Semaglutide. At this consultation, we will review your medical history, medications and discuss which option is best and offer pricing information for the medication. Please bring a list of home medications and most recent lab work.
Once deemed eligible and would like to proceed with Tirzepatide, we'll order the first month supply for you and draw labs if you have not had any labs in the past 3-6 months.
Students attending Ivy Tech programs that require a physical exam. You must have 2 TB tests completed before we can sign off on your physical exam. Please bring your immunization history. Please read the physical form carefully and bring all appropriate forms to your appointment.
