Includes labs drawn day of visit. This visit will assess the safety and efficacy of ketamine therapy for your personal needs. A 50% refund will be given if after this visit either you choose not to proceed or are found not to be a good candidate for therapy.
Initial consultations allow me to get to know you so we can develop a treatment plan to meet your unique needs. A comprehensive lab panel is included along with your first month of HRT.
Consultation fee does not include labs. During the visit we will discuss if labs are necessary or not and discuss pricing based on what is recommended.
