Acute Sick Visit

Acute Sick Visit: Must be an established patient.

FOLLOW UP #1: REVIEW OF FINDINGS

1st Follow-Up Visit AFTER initial consultation and establishment of care with Dr. Kelly.

Homeopathic Consultation

A full visit focused on homeopathic remedies, biotherapeutic drainage, gemmotherapy, and flower essences. MUST be an established patient.

INITIAL CONSULTATION - Virtual

Initial Establishment of Care via TELEMEDICINE. This is required to become a patient and to qualify for other visits.

Initial Establishment of Care IN OFFICE. This is required to become a patient and to qualify for other visits.

FOLLOW UP : The Health Journey

THE HEALTH JOURNEY PHASE: Follow-Ups (visits 3,4, 5). These take place AFTER DISCOVERY PHASE (initial consultation and establishment of care with Dr. Kelly and review of findings visit).

IN OFFICE Follow-Up

Follow up visit. Patients must have established care and have moved through the Discovery Phase and Health Journey Phase. This is pricing for OPTIMIZE AND THRIVE PHASE.

VIRTUAL Follow-Up

Follow up visit. Patients must have established care with an "initial consultation" AND "review of findings" first in their DISCOVERY PHASE as well as have gone through the HEALING PHASE (visits 3,4, and 5) to be eligible.
