Please note the following to book online:
Deposit/Cancellation Fee is Mandatory - $75 deposit is necessary by credit card to confirm your appointment online.
You may use your HRA/FSA card for deposit and payment. A fully coded receipt will be available to you after your screening.
Confirmation Email - Will be sent to you as soon as you complete the appointment online. Please be sure you receive one. Non-receipt could mean that no appointment has been scheduled.
Clinic Address - Please note the address on your email confirmation once you have booked to be sure it is the correct location you intended and to determine directions to the clinic.

BEFORE booking:
COVID vaccine/booster? Please book 2 weeks out from receiving this injection as inflammation created by it may skew your thermography results.
Pregnant/Breastfeeding/Chemo/Radiation? Please contact our appointment line to discuss your options
Wheelchair Accessibility Needed? Not all clinic locations are accessible. Please go back to our website to check a locations accessibility. Client must be flexible enough to stand unaided for screenings other than breast.
Healthcare Practitioners Referral is needed for any person under the age of 18 for body imaging and a parent must be present for the screening.

Search clinic/date selection by using a “browse date” or by clicking on the “7 day” arrow to navigate forward/backward in the schedule. Scroll up/down to your chosen location.
