We service satellite offices and provide screenings through various clinic locations in your area.

Please note the following to book online:

Deposit/Cancellation Fee is Mandatory - $75 deposit is necessary by credit card to confirm your appointment online. You may use your HRA/FSA card for deposit and payment. A fully coded receipt will be available to you after your screening.

Confirmation Email - Will be sent to you as soon as you complete the appointment online. Please be sure you receive one. Non-receipt could mean that no appointment has been scheduled.

Clinic Address - Please note the address on your email confirmation once you have booked to be sure it is the correct location you intended and to determine directions to the clinic.

Please note the following BEFORE booking:
COVID vaccine/booster? Please book 2 weeks out from receiving this injection as inflammation created by it may skew your thermography results.
Pregnant/Breastfeeding/Chemo/Radiation? Please contact our appointment line to discuss your options
Wheelchair Accessibility Needed? Not all clinic locations are accessible. Please go back to our website to check a locations accessibility. Client must be flexible enough to stand unaided for screenings other than breast.
Healthcare Practitioners Referral is needed for any person under the age of 18 for body imaging and a parent must be present for the screening.

Search clinic/date selection by using a “browse date” or by clicking on the “7 day” arrow to navigate forward/backward in the schedule. Scroll up/down to your chosen location.

Clients that have never been seen by The Longevity Center before for a breast screening. Also for any existing clients that have been more than 24 months since their last screening.

Comparative 3-6 month Breast or Comparative Region Scan 15 Min $ 179.00

All returning screeners that are setting a baseline 3-9 months from first breast screening (if after 9 months, please select "Yearly Breast Screening"). Also for comparative of region imaged previously (not breasts).

Yearly Breast Screening or Yearly Region Screening 15 Min $ 179.00

All screeners previously screened by The Longevity Center and all breast comparatives after 9 months from first screening. All other comparative regions for follow up annually.
If you have not been seen for your screening since prior to 2020, please book as "New Breast Screening" for your returning appointment.

New Region of Interest Screening (Not Breast) 15 Min $ 225.00

A single region (other than the breasts) to be imaged that has never been imaged before.

Yearly Breast Screening with Added Region (Head or Abdomen Only) 15 Min $ 225.00

Annual breast screening for existing Longevity Center clients. Added region adjacent to breast - either head or abdomen only.
If you have not been seen for your screening since prior to 2020, please book as "New Breast Screening" for your returning appointment.

Yearly Breast (over 2 yrs since last screening) 15 Min $ 225.00

Choose this service if it has been over 2 years since your last scan. *NOTES- If you chose the yearly option and it has in fact been over 2 years, you will be reverted to this option. You may also have to re-establish your baseline
