Refill is at the discretion of the medical provider. No controlled substances. You must be currently taking the medication and last refill must have been within the past 3 months.
$225/m (portal messages, 6 free visits/year, $20 off sick visits).
Sick visits: Monday-Wednesday; 9am-4pm: $75; after hours: $125.
