Complete Health History and Intake: This is your first naturopathic appointment where we collect your case information. This includes post-session research where I take your case and develop a Care Plan that is delivered on the second visit.

This appointment lasts 75-90 minutes.
Intake forms are provided in an email after you book. 

First follow-up: Care Plan appointment. 
Second follow-up: review plan progress: delve deeper, further investigation through lab work and testing, or develop maintenance plan.
