This includes the initial consultation via telemedicine. The fee for the visit is $85.00 and the prescription will be sent to the pharmacy and the patient will pay the pharmacy for the medication. The Semaglutide starts at $150.00 and goes up to $250.00 depending on the dose. 

We also offer Phentermine (Adipex) and Contrave. The price Varies by pharmacy.

There is a $50 deposit fee (Non-refundable). The deposit will go directly towards your consultation fee. 

Telemedicine weight loss medication REFILL. This appointment is for current weight loss program patients only. The $85 fee does not include medication.
