We do not accept insurance. We accept all major credit cards and HSA funds. We cannot guarantee that all HSA funds will be approved so we recommend you contact your HSA provider before your initial visit.
A credit card on file is required. All payments will be collected at time of service so if you decide to use a different form of payment at that time we can accommodate.
Communication
We prefer communication to be completed either through our patient portal via Optimantra or by texting our WSHC Cincinnati text number 513.643.4949 (for established patients; if you are interested in becoming a new patient and have questions please email cincinnati@wshcare.org)
We recognize at WSHC Cincinnati that a quick question is sometimes easier to send through email.
