If you are a new client, you will receive an important email after you schedule. The email will provide you with links to the online paperwork that is required before your visit, and instructions about how to set up your client portal access which allows for audio-visual telehealth appointments among other features. When you schedule your appointment, payment will be collected.
 Please note that if you need to cancel, you must do so within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment in order to receive a full refund.
