Grades K-12. The Sports Physical is also known as a pre-participation physical evaluation (PPE). The exam helps to tell if it's safe for a young athlete to participate in sports.

Initial visit consultation for Men's Health. This includes labs that check hormone levels, thyroid panel, PSA, vitamin D, and cholesterol panel.

A deposit of $50.00 will be charged. The deposit will go directly towards your consultation fee. 

Tirzepatide visit is 85.00 and the the pharmacy will charge the patient for the medication. The medication starts at $175.00 a month for the lowest and goes up to $395.00 for the highest dose.
