If you have lab work that was not ordered by your Cypress Natural Medicine doctor, please upload it on your OptiMantra patient portal (If you do not have access, please email frontdesk@cnmhealth.com). ZYTO hand cradles are available for purchase - please also contact us by email/phone.
Please use your legal name when filling out your contact information, along with the email address we have on file. Once you have submitted your request for an appointment, we will confirm via email. If changes to the selected appointment need to be made, we will call and/or email you.

Schedule your Integration Session once you have been given access to your Lab Result, Analysis Report and Treatment Plan but no later than 30 days after. If you are doing Genes and Hormones (FGA and Dutch Complete tests), schedule your session one week from when you are looking to book. Review your documents and prepare any questions and/or points of clarification needed to make the most of your Integration Session. For the FGA Analysis report, due to the extensive nature of the results and analysis, this information will only be shared with you at your Integration Session.
