Credits can be applied to your account for booking mistakes or documented emergencies.

Foot Care - Ingrown Toenail Removal Large 30 Min $ 220.00
Follow Up Visit 30 Min $ 75.00
This is a follow-up visit for any treatment plan you and your provider decided on to evaluate if you are moving toward your goals. This visit is typically 30 minutes long. If labs are drawn at this visit, that is an extra charge, unless you are on a Membership Plan that includes lab draws.
Telehealth Visit 30 Min $ 75.00
Visit with your provider in the comfort of your home or on the go. Most acute or primary care services can be provided via Telehealth without having to come in to the office.

Scheduling this service will book a visit with your nurse practitioner via live two-way audio/video communication. 
New Patient Visit 60 Min $ 150.00
This service is for any patient who is new to Holistic Care Consultants, being seen by a Nurse Practitioner for the first time. New IV patients should book service for IV hydration.
Acute Care Visit/Urgent Care 30 Min $ 150.00
Do you have an acute issue such as a runny nose, earache, or nausea? Schedule an appointment with one of our providers via in person, telehealth, or a home visit. Home visits have an additional fee. To learn more or ask questions, simply reach out.
Foot Care 30 Min $ 60.00
This service is a medical quality pedicure where a licensed nurse or nurse practitioner trained in foot care will improve the health of your feet. This service is a great add-on to your IV hydration session!
Initial BHRT Consult Male 60 Min $ 250.00
Includes cost of initial ab draw and 1 hour consultation with a Nurse Practitioner. Lab must be drawn 1 week before your first appointment or your appointment will be canceled and your provider will contact you to reschedule.
Injection - In Clinic 30 Min $ 30.00
IM or IV add-on

Injections will be administered by a licensed and board certified Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse.
Rapid COVID-19 Antigen Test 15 Min $ 40.00
CLIA Waived COVID testing results in 15 minutes with proof of test result provided. This is NOT a PCR test.
Rapid Strep Test 15 Min $ 25.00
Results available in 5 minutes.
Urine Dipstick 15 Min $ 10.00
IV Hydration - NAD+ Home Infusion 270 Min $ 550.00
Max dose of 500mg. For select patients only. All others must come in to office for NAD+ infusion.
