I am a Certified Autism Specialist certified by IBCCES and a Neurodivergent-friendly healthcare provider. Both of my sons have ADHD. Neurodivergent people hold a special place in my heart
Initial visit for adults or children (ages 5 and older) diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). 
Self-diagnosis of ASD or ADHD is always accepted!
Certain bacteria in the gut can make Autism and/or ADHD symptoms worse. I may recommend functional medicine stool tests.
Certain foods can make Autism and/or ADHD symptoms worse and will come up with a nutrition plan for adults or children. Health coaching included with visit
Supplements may be recommended to improve symptoms in those with ASD and/or ADHD. Supplements are separate costs from visit
Will discuss environmental changes to improve ADHD or ASD symptoms 
There is no cure for ASD or ADHD, but my goal is to have neurodivergent people feel their best!
30 Minute Follow Up Visit for Autism and ADHD for adults and children (5 years old and older)
Price includes 90 Minute Virtual Initial Functional Medicine Visit Plus Two 45 Minute Follow Up Visits (all visits to be scheduled within 12 months of booking)
Initial Functional Medicine Consultation 90 minutes (1.5 Hours) completed virtually (I do home visits if you live in or near Owasso, OK)
This visit is great for people with multiple problems or complaints (body aches, gastrointestinal problems, fatigue, unexplained symptoms).
A combination of herbals or certain prescriptions may be included in the treatment plan 
Review medical history
Formulate plan for initial labs/testing
Labs are separate price as well as supplements
Functional medicine concerns include: heavy metal burden, mold toxicity, oxidative stress, allergies, chronic infections, intestinal problems (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, irritable bowel syndrome) 
This visit is a deep dive into your health problems!
This visit is only for established patients 
45 minute follow-up functional medicine visit 
Labs are separate price as well as supplements

45 minutes to discuss gut problems such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), bloating, constipation, diarrhea, belching
Many cases of IBS are related to SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) which is a treatable condition with herbal or prescription antibiotics

Low dose naltrexone (LDN) is a compounded medication that lowers inflammation in the body and treats a variety of disorders.

Requirements for medication: BMI (body mass index) 30 or greater or BMI 27 or greater with comorbidity such as diabetes, hypertension, coronary artery disease, dyslipidemia, stroke, osteoarthritis, metabolic syndrome, prediabetes, PCOS, NASH, and/or sleep apnea currently being treated with sleep machine

Discuss hypothyroidism/Hashimoto's thyroiditis

Discuss plan for lab order and treatment if needed, I also recommend natural supplements for optimal thyroid function. 
Medications are separate price, but you can use insurance for medications if desired
I typically prescribe natural thyroid medications vs synthetic thyroid medication
Labs typically include: TSH, free T4, free T3, reverse T3, thyroid autoantibodies
You will need visit at least every 3-6months for refills. Will need a visit at least 6 weeks after starting medication. 
You can turn in a superbill to insurance but I cannot guarantee services will be covered.
I use LDN (low dose naltrexone) to treat Hashimoto's as well if desired and this is an extra cost due to medication cost which will be sent to a compounding pharmacy and shipped to your residence 
Follow up for thyroid optimization services (established patient)
Will need visit at least every 3 months for refills. Will need a visit at least 6 weeks after starting medication. 
Labs are separate price, you may use insurance for labs or I have discount prices for labs
Medications are separate price, but you can use insurance for medications 
I typically prescribe natural thyroid medications vs synthetic thyroid medication
Labs include: TSH, free T4, free T3, reverse T3, thyroid autoantibodies

It is best to start BHRT as early as possible for menopause. I will see women greater than 60 years old on case by case basis if starting medications for the first time
We will discuss risks of hormones and I will recommend genetic tests that increase risk for breast cancer (COMT for example)
Labs and medication(s) are separate costs. Labs may be covered by your insurance plan if ordering blood tests, but saliva, urine, and blood spot testing are not covered by insurance
