At LIV1 Health, every new client begins with a complimentary discovery call because our approach to healthcare is intentionally different from traditional medical offices. When you’re changing the standard of healthcare, an un-standard process is necessary.
Why a Discovery Call?
This 30-minute call allows us to explain how our model works, ensure alignment with your goals, and answer initial questions so there are no surprises moving forward. During the discovery call, we’ll review our concierge-style care, what specific goals and history you have, and outline next steps if we’re a good fit. Please note that due to federal and state regulations, we are unable to see or treat Medicare or Medicaid recipients. Our practice generally limits services to non-pregnant individuals aged 18 years and older. Exceptions may be made in select circumstances, subject to additional restrictions and provider approval. We also do not accept health insurance- this is so we can focus entirely on personalized, proactive care without the restrictions, delays, and limitations imposed by insurance companies. If you would like to know more information on why we do not accept insurance- this can be explained further in the discovery call.
