  • New Patient Consult Select

    New to Simply Women's Health and want to discuss health concerns this is best appointment. If you prefer to do as an annual exam please select New Patient Annual. 

  • New Patient Annual Select

    New to Simply Women's Health and desire an annual exam please select this option instead of New Patient Consult. 

  • Medication Management Select

    This appointment is for any medication management of weight loss medications, hormone therapy, ADHD or depression/anxiety medication. Unlikely to have exam with this appointment and if you are new patient please use the New Patient Consult to schedule. Thank you. 

  • Lab Draw Select

    This is an appointment with Misty only to draw lab work.  Please do not select this if you need to see Stephanie please do another appointment type like Medication Management or Gyne 20.   Thank you. 

  • Injection Select

    Ok to use this appointment type instead of Gyne 10 for an injection. This is with Misty only and not with provider so if you need to see provider for other concerns schedule a Gyne 20 or Medication Management appointment. Thank you. 

  • Established Patient Yearly Select

    Is it time for your annual exam. Lets get you scheduled. Use this option for your annual however if you have concerns that would be best addressed under an office visit please use Established Patient Office Visit. 

  • Gyne 10 Select

    This is an appointment to come in for a urinary tract infection or need for a injection like Depo, Flu or other need that would be a nurse visit only.  Will not be with provider Stephanie Terrell. 

  • Gyne 20 min Select

    This is an office visit to discuss any concerns related to your health such as painful periods, vaginal discharge, or other symptoms that may require a vaginal exam. 

  • Thermogram Select

    Breast Care Screening Option done with Infrared Camera to look for early thermogenic changes that can occur with abnormal cell growth.
