Please arrive fasting for this appointment (nothing to eat or drink after midnight). If you take thyroid medication, please hold your dose the morning of your lab draw until after your labs are completed. Additionally, discontinue any vitamins or supplements containing biotin for 48 hours prior to your appointment, as biotin may interfere with thyroid lab results.
A $50 booking fee is required to schedule this appointment. The remaining balance of $299 will be due at the time of your blood draw.
