Toradol 30mg slow IVP (1-2 minutes) Zofran 6mg slow IVP (1-2 minutes) **Use Last** Dexamethasone 8mg very slow IVP (2-3 minutes, if nausea and headache do not respond to above measures)
If still nauseous after Dex, consider adding another liter of fluid. Usually refractory nausea is from profound dehydration and will respond about halfway through the ?2nd liter.
