Please note, most of our weight loss plans include one follow-up visit per month. If this is an additional visit, the charge is $50.00. 

You will receive a link to your video visit prior to your appointment.

Note: You MUST be in the state of Pennsylvania OR Delaware in order to do a virtual visit. 

You MUST have already had a New Patient consultation in order to book this appointment.

This appointment is optional. If you need assistance with your first injection you can book this appointment once your first shipment of medication arrives!

We are so happy to have you back! If you are a past patient returning to our program after more than 6 months of absence, please book your appointment! Please keep in mind, there is a consultation fee of $75 for this service. This fee can be credited to your first month of medication.

If this is your regular monthly visit, a B-12 injection is included and you do not need to book a separate appointment.

Please do not forget to add-on a lab draw appointment if you are due for labs!
 

Book this appointment for your repeat labs. You can have these drawn at our Havertown, PA office and the fee for this is $100.
