Consultations: We strive to make your visit optimal. We require a 2 working day cancellation of your appointment to be refunded. Once a claim has been submitted through an insurance provider, we cannot provide a refund. Some consultations, e.g hormone therapy are NON-REFUNDABLE. (REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL)
