When booking online you will be asked to pre-pay for your visit. You are also acknowledging our cancellation and refund policy below.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Our policy is a fee of 100% of your scheduled visit plus a $50 admin fee for visits changed or cancelled less than 2 business days in advance.

REFUND POLICY:

• Consultations: We strive to make your visit optimal. We require a 2 working day cancellation of your appointment to be refunded, minus $50 admin fee. Once a claim has been submitted through an insurance provider, we cannot provide a refund. Some consultations, e.g hormone therapy are NON-REFUNDABLE. (REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL)

Please note that the Naturopathic Initial Part I is the first appointment that NEW PATIENTS should book. Following this appointment is the Naturopathic Initial Part II.
