Please note: We charge a non-refundable cancellation fee of $35.00 You may reschedule appointment(s) with a 24 hour advanced notice with no charge. Please be sure to attend your appointment(s). Patients later then 15 minutes will be considered a NO SHOW. Few exemptions apply.
