Appointment Policy

Transactions

While we may not accept health insurance for our services, we are proud to offer a multitude of convenient payment options to accommodate your needs. You can choose from Cash, Zelle, Venmo, HSA/FSA cards, or credit/debit cards.

Plus, we're thrilled to announce our collaboration with Cherry Pay, Care Credit and Afterpay for Buy Now Pay Later solutions! These user-friendly platforms provide solutions, complete with a soft credit check that won't affect your credit score. Don't wait—apply today for a swift approval and take the first step towards investing in your well-being.

Appointment Reservations

A $50 deposit is required to secure your reservation. 
A full fee assessment will be provided at your appointment prior to starting treatment. 

 

Appointment Modifications

A minimum of 24 hour notice prior to your appointment, is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits are maintained for rescheduled appointments. Rescheduled appointments can be completed through the patient portal or by contacting the office.

If an appointment is cancelled late or you are a No-Show, the
deposit is forfeited and you will need to reschedule with a new deposit.


If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment and your service can not be completed in the allotted time, you forfeit your deposit and will need to reschedule. 

To ensure clear communication, please confirm cancellations in writing via email or text to 281-789-6222 during normal business hoursTexts and other messages received outside of normal business hours are not sufficient notifications of cancellation. NO EXCEPTIONS!
