If after an initial consultation and you would like to enroll in a membership or monthly subscription, I am happy to apply the cost of the consultation to either plan.
There is a $50 nonrefundable cancelation fee if cancelation is less than 48 hours. If you do not cancel and are a no show, you will be charged the price of the appointment. I understand emergencies come up, please message me if this is the case and we can discuss.
If we are meeting virtually you must be ready to go at the time of your appointment. I will wait for 10 minutes. For all telephone encounters I will attempt to reach you once at our appointment time.
The cost of the visit does not include the cost lab testing or supplements. However, you may submit your superbill towards your FSA or to your insurance for possible reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. I also do accept HSA. I do offer a discount on all supplements through Fullscripts or Standard Process.
