This appointment is for new patients ages 18+ who have never been seen at Mind Mechanics. Appointment is usually 60 minutes and includes:

• A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation
• Review of your medical and mental health history
• Completion of new patient paperwork
• Development of an initial treatment plan

This is the first step in beginning care with Mind Mechanics. 

Note: Appointments with Kurt are currently self-pay only while insurance credentialing is in progress.

This appointment is for established patients who prefer to meet virtually. Appointment is usually 30 minutes and includes:

• Review of current symptoms and progress
• Medication management and adjustments if needed
• Discussion of ongoing treatment goals and support strategies

Note: Appointments with Kurt are currently self-pay only while insurance credentialing is in progress.

This appointment is for new patients ages 6-17 who have never been seen at Mind Mechanics. Appointment is usually 60-90 minutes and includes:

• A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation
• Review of clients medical and mental health history
• Completion of new patient paperwork
• Development of an initial treatment plan

This is the first step in beginning care with Mind Mechanics.  

Note: Appointments with Kurt are currently self-pay only while insurance credentialing is in progress.

• This appointment is for new clients seeking ADHD testing only, without a full psychiatric evaluation or ongoing care at Mind Mechanics
• Appointment is usually 30–45 minutes
• Results can be sent directly to your primary care provider (PCP)

If you decide after testing you would like to continue with treatment planning and follow-up care at Mind Mechanics, you will need to schedule an Initial Assessment to review results and discuss next steps
