Before You Book:

-Please select your preferred provider when scheduling your appointment or follow-up. 

-Be sure to read the the appointment descriptions carefully before confirming. 


Appointment Policy:

-To respect the time of both our clients and staff, we kindly ask that any appointment cancellations be made at least 4 hours in advance.

-Appointments canceled within 4 hours of the scheduled time, or missed without notice, will incur a $50 fee.

 


  • This appointment is for new clients seeking ADHD testing only, without a full psychiatric evaluation or ongoing care at Mind Mechanics
  • Appointment is usually 30–45 minutes
  • Results can be sent directly to your primary care provider (PCP)
If you decide after testing you would like to continue with treatment planning and follow-up care at Mind Mechanics, you will need to schedule an Initial Assessment to review results and discuss next steps

This appointment is for new patients ages 6-17 who have never been seen at Mind Mechanics. Appointment is usually 60-90 minutes and includes:
  • A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation
  • Review of clients medical and mental health history
  • Completion of new patient paperwork
  • Development of an initial treatment plan
This is the first step in beginning care with Mind Mechanics. 
This appointment is for established patients who prefer to meet in office. Appointment is usually 30 minutes and includes:
  • Review of current symptoms and progress
  • Medication management and adjustments if needed
  • Discussion of ongoing treatment goals and support strategies
This appointment is for new patients ages 18+ who have never been seen at Mind Mechanics. Appointment is usually 60 minutes and includes:
  • A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation
  • Review of your medical and mental health history
  • Completion of new patient paperwork
  • Development of an initial treatment plan
This is the first step in beginning care with Mind Mechanics. 

Most follow-up appointments for children and adolescents take place in our office so we can provide the best care. If special circumstances come up, your provider may approve a virtual visit.

This appointment is for established patients ages 6-17. Appointment is usually 30-60 minutes and includes: 
  • Review of current symptoms and progress
  • Medication management and adjustments if needed
  • Discussion of ongoing treatment goals and support strategies
