A comprehensive visit to establish care, review medical history, medications, prior records, and current concerns. Includes personalized care planning and preventive health recommendations.
Initial visits with metabolic or weight management. We offer evidence-based weight management, including lifestyle counseling and medical therapy when appropriate.
Hormone Evaluation – Initial Consultation (45–60 minutes) This comprehensive visit is designed for patients experiencing symptoms that may be related to hormonal imbalance, such as fatigue, weight changes, mood concerns, sleep disturbances, low libido, menstrual irregularities, or perimenopausal/menopausal symptoms. During this visit, your provider will:
Review symptoms, medical history, and medications
Assess reproductive, thyroid, adrenal, and metabolic factors
Discuss appropriate laboratory testing
Develop an individualized treatment and follow-up plan
This visit may include ordering labs; laboratory fees are billed separately.
This visit is intended for established patients who are already undergoing hormone evaluation or treatment. It focuses on assessing response to therapy and making appropriate adjustments.
