All services are available by appointment only using our online booking portal. This practice does NOT file for insurance reimbursement. All services are cash pay and must be paid for by the patient at the time of service. A $25 NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK ANY SERVICE! This deposit will be applied toward your final bill at the time of service.
Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointment up to two times using the same deposit. After two reschedules, a new deposit will be required, and any further rescheduling will need to be approved by the practitioner. This policy ensures your commitment and helps manage scheduling efficiently.
We understand circumstances can arise unexpectedly. However, if you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or no-show, you forfeit your deposit and/or you will be charged a cancellation fee of full total amount of visit.
Under no circumstances will B'Tranquil Health and Wellness provide refunds for any services rendered. By booking an appointment for any service, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these terms. We appreciate your cooperation!
B'Tranquil Health and Wellness offers discounts of 10% to all teachers, first responders, nurses, active-duty military, and veterans. Must show ID badge. This discount does not apply to any weight loss medication or membership packages. Discount will be applied at the time of service.
