Our 12-Week Metabolic & Hormone Optimization Program is a comprehensive, medically supervised care plan designed for women experiencing weight changes, fatigue, hormone imbalance, sleep disruption, or metabolic concerns.

This structured program provides in-depth evaluation, advanced lab testing, personalized treatment planning, and ongoing clinical supervision to support sustainable metabolic and hormonal health.

What’s Included:
Initial Comprehensive Visit:
Your program begins with a detailed medical consultation and full symptom review. Advanced hormone and metabolic labs are ordered to evaluate thyroid function, sex hormones, and key metabolic markers.

Personalized Treatment Plan
Once labs are reviewed, we create a customized treatment strategy tailored to your physiology and goals. When clinically appropriate, treatment may include supervised microdosed GLP-1 therapy as part of your individualized care plan. Additional hormones at cost of pharmacy: $60 - 120 for 3 months.

6-Week Follow-Up Visit
At six weeks, we assess your progress, review response to treatment, evaluate symptom improvement, and make any necessary adjustments to your protocol.

12-Week Follow-Up Visit
At twelve weeks, we reassess overall progress, review outcomes, and determine next steps for continued care or transition into ongoing membership support.
Throughout the program, patients receive structured medical oversight and guided adjustments to ensure safe and appropriate care as needed. 

Medication, if prescribed, is provided based on clinical evaluation.

This appointment is an in-office appointment in Winterset or Mt. Ayr Iowa. We will track your progress and continued goal setting.

We will draw your labs - fasting with 2 large glasses of water prior to arrival.

We will assess your kidney function, liver function, cholesterol levels, vitamin D-B12-Magnesium, Insulin, A1C, Thyroid and complete blood counts. 

You will come into our office get your labs drawn and Carly will see you via Telehealth in 1 week to go over lab results and give your recommendations on lifestyle, supplements or referrals as needed.
