Physical Evaluation for Injection Therapies 30 Min

This is an initial physical evaluation to determine appropriate next steps in treatment and management of pain symptoms including but not limited to regenerative injection therapies: ozone, prolotherapy, PRP, exosomes, and/or manual therapies. This is NOT a comprehensive visit and does NOT include the cost of injections. Upon completion of the physical exam, it will be determined if you are a candidate for regenerative injection therapies.

Established Patient Follow-up Visit 60 minutes 60 Min

This is a follow-up visit for patients who have established care at Purist Natural Medicine by scheduling a comprehensive initial consultation. This is an opportunity to develop and discuss a customized plan with you based on previous lab results, addressing your unique health goals and outlining the next steps in your care. Follow-up visits may include check-ins, lab reviews, counselling, second opinions and discussions regarding new or existing health goals.

If the visit exceeds 60 minutes you will incur charges for additional minutes.

Consultation for Personalized Aesthetics Services 45 Min

A private consultation with a health coach to discuss your health goals, identify areas for improvement, and create a tailored plan to achieve optimal wellness. Includes a comprehensive review of your health history, lifestyle habits, and wellness objectives, as well as guidance on nutrition, stress management, and sustainable lifestyle changes. Blended Deep Restore Session--Physical Medicine & Bodywork 90 Min

A 90-minute integrative session blending multiple hands-on modalities for a deeper therapeutic effect. Ozone Cosmetic Injections 20 Min

Ozone Cosmetic Facial Injections target key areas of facial aging to rejuvenate and refresh your skin naturally. Treatments focus on five sites: crow’s feet (left and right), glabellar lines (between the eyebrows), and nasolabial folds (left and right). By increasing oxygenation and stimulating collagen production, these injections help smooth fine lines and improve skin texture.
