We do not take insurance. If you have insurance, we will match your copay as low as $75.

Easy drop-off in front. Meters just outside. During Cubs games, rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is often easiest.
X-ray not available on-site. Cardiac concerns (including chest pain or palpitations) are triaged and referred to the ER, as ECG services are not available.

$225 — All-Inclusive Visit 
 Only IV fluids and certain specialty medications may add cost.

Includes evaluation and procedures (suturing, I&D, foreign body removal)

• Includes one free follow-up visit for the same issue within 72 hours if needed (before 5:00 PM)
•  Most medications dispensed on-site at no additional cost — no pharmacy trip needed for most visits

Home/Travel Visit (We Come to You)

The visit fee is $175 We typically travel within ~10 minutes of the clinic. If you are outside this area, please call for exact pricing, as additional travel fees may apply.

 IV Fluids: +$100
 
Optional clinic direct dispensed medications will add to the total and vary based on medication, typically about $20.
