Flat fee: $225 (no insurance copay matching after 8:00 PM)

Includes evaluation and most in-clinic testing and procedures.

If your condition requires ER-level care, 50% of the visit fee will be credited.

Additional charges may apply for:
• IV fluids
• Tetanus updates
• In-clinic dispensed medications
• Incision and drainage
• Durable medical equipment

This appointment is for an in-clinic evaluation during regular hours (before 8:00 PM).

Base fee: $120 (Insurance copay matched down to $65) 
Tests and procedures are billed separately

Daytime visits will not exceed $150 before 8:00 PM.
IV fluids, in-clinic medications, and take-home medical equipment are the only exceptions.

Home/Travel Visit (We Come to You)

The visit fee is $175 (copay matching does not apply). We typically travel within ~10 minutes of the clinic. If you are outside this area, please call for exact pricing, as additional travel fees may apply.
