Select appointment - All new patients must have an initial consult. This visit will take 60-90 minutes where we will meet and complete a thorough health history. Established patients can choose from follow up visits, general wellness visits, and convenience care visits. These visits are designed to review your health history and progress or discuss any new issues. These visits range from 30-60 minutes.

Cancellations - 24 hours notice is requested. Full amount will be charged for less than 24 hour notice.
