Initial Consultation & Comprehensive Lab Evaluation – $475 Your initial consultation is designed to provide a thorough assessment of your health, symptoms, and underlying physiology.
The $475 fee includes both your consultation and a comprehensive lab panel, which typically consists of: CBC, CMP, full thyroid panel, HbA1c, insulin, hs-CRP, lipid panel, ferritin, vitamin D, vitamin B12, estradiol, progesterone, FSH/LH, AM cortisol, DHEA-S, and free & total testosterone.
After your payment is completed: • Your lab orders are placed within 24 hours • Your lab requisition is emailed to you • You schedule your blood draw at your convenience
Please schedule your consultation at least two weeks after payment to ensure your lab results are available for review. During your consultation, we will review your symptoms, medical history, and laboratory findings in detail and develop a personalized treatment plan. If appropriate, I can provide treatment recommendations and prescribe: • Medications sent to your regular pharmacy • Custom medications through a compounding pharmacy • Prescription-grade supplements • Hormone therapy
