  • Anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood, or other mental health symptom follow-up
  • Review of medication effectiveness, side effects, or treatment response
  • Women's wellness concerns and ongoing care? Laboratory review and discussion of results
  • Follow-up of previously identified medical concerns
  • Preventive health and wellness planning
  • Discussion of new concerns that arise between visits

Visits are individualized based on your needs and may include symptom assessment, medication review, treatment planning, laboratory review, health education, lifestyle recommendations, and ongoing support.
