This is a 60 minute in office consultation for new patients with a history of breast cancer seeking consult for hormone therapy and non-hormonal options for treatment of perimenopause/menopause symptoms. During this visit, we will discuss your full breast cancer history, pathology, any treatments and surgical procedures you may have done for breast cancer, and we will discuss potential hormone therapy and non-hormonal options for treatment of menopause symptoms. Once you book this visit you will get detailed intake forms to fill out regarding your full medical/surgical history and breast cancer history that needs to completed prior to your visit.

This is a 60 minute virtual consult for new patients who are located outside of New York, Connecticut or Florida. This menopause education virtual consult is intended for educational purposes only and no prescribing of medications can be done. This is ideal for those who seek consult with Natalie on evidence-based hormonal and non-hormonal options for menopause and perimenopause care, or a second opinion. Recommendations and treatment plans provided can be taken back to your local healthcare provider to discuss with. Visits are conducted in the English language only. 

For established patients, this is a 30 minute follow up education visit to discuss progress, any new concerns or questions, and additional recommendations on current treatment plan. Schedule this follow up if you are an established patient located outside of New York, Connecticut or Florida.
